Enquiries and quotes

• An enquiry is a request for information, not a binding order.
• We confirm the scope, timeframe and price in writing before any work begins. Work starts only once you accept that confirmation.
• Quotes depend on the subject, word count, deadline and level of study, and are based on the brief you give us. Material changes to the brief may change the quote.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate instructions, including your rubric, unit guide and citation style.
• Comply with your institution's academic integrity rules and its policy on outside assistance and AI tools.
• Use the material we provide as a study, reference and learning aid.
• Tell us promptly if something in the work needs to be corrected.

Permitted use of our work

Material we prepare is supplied for your personal study and reference. You must not submit it as your own unaltered assessment work, resell it, republish it or share it with other students. We are not responsible for how you choose to use the material after delivery.

Revisions

If delivered work does not match the brief we agreed, tell us and we will correct it. Requests that change the original brief are treated as new work and quoted separately.

Payment

Prices, payment method and payment timing are confirmed in writing for each piece of work before it begins. We do not store your payment card details on this website.

Confidentiality

We keep your identity, your university and your assignment details confidential and handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

We provide academic support with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee any particular grade, mark or assessment outcome, because marking is decided by your institution. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
