Refund Policy
This policy explains how we handle revisions and refund requests for the academic support we provide, and what to do if you are not satisfied.
Revisions come first
If delivered work does not match the brief we agreed in writing, tell us what is wrong and we will revise it. Most concerns — missing points from the rubric, the wrong citation style, an unclear structure — are resolved this way at no extra cost.
When a refund may be available
- we cannot complete the work you paid for;
- the work delivered does not substantially match the agreed brief and cannot be fixed by revision;
- you were charged twice or charged in error;
- you cancel before we have started work.
Where work is already part-completed at the time of cancellation, any refund reflects the stage the work had reached.
When a refund is not available
- the mark or grade you received was lower than you hoped — marking is decided by your institution, and we do not guarantee results;
- the brief, deadline or requirements changed after the work was completed;
- the assignment was not submitted, or was submitted late for reasons outside our control;
- the work was altered after delivery and then assessed.
How to request a refund
Email help@lawassignmenthelp.au with your enquiry details, the work concerned and a clear explanation of the problem, including the part of the brief or rubric you believe was not met. We will acknowledge your request, review it against the brief we agreed and respond in writing with our decision and reasons.
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits the rights and consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
