Academic Integrity Policy

What we provide

Our service is academic support: explaining legal principles, helping you plan and structure an answer, showing how to research Australian legislation and case law, modelling how a strong response is put together, and editing, proofreading and referencing your own drafts.

How our material should be used

• as a study aid and reference to improve your own understanding;
• as a model of structure, argument and citation practice;
• as feedback on drafts you have written yourself.

What we do not do

• we do not sit examinations or complete assessments on your behalf;
• we do not log in to your university accounts or learning management system;
• we do not encourage submitting our material as your own unaltered work;
• we do not resell or reuse the work prepared for you.

Your responsibility

Every Australian university publishes its own academic integrity rules, including rules on outside assistance, collusion, contract cheating and the use of AI tools. You are responsible for reading those rules and staying within them. If you are unsure whether the support you want is permitted in your unit, check with your lecturer, unit coordinator or academic skills adviser first.

Originality

Material is prepared for your brief and checked for originality before delivery. We do not recycle work between students.
